EXPERT WITNESSES
An expert witness in a medical malpractice case is a Doctor, or
other health care professional, who specializes in the exact area
of medicine as the person accused of malpractice. Nearly every Medical
Malpractice case will require the help of an expert witness to evaluate
the acts or omissions of the accused provider, and if necessary,
to testify at trial. We must prove that the care provided by your
doctor fell below the Standard of Care for that specific type of
