SURGICAL ERROR
Surgeons make mistakes, a lot of mistakes. They operate on the
wrong patient or body part, perform the wrong procedure, and cut
what should not be cut. They leave instruments behind, and forget
essential steps in procedures. This sounds impossible. After all,
they are Doctors. But it happens often.
Medical records, including post-operative reports, almost never
state that a mistake was made. If you read the report, the surgeon
did everything textbook perfect. Reports don't ever mention that
the patient suffered terrible injuries, or state that these injuries
were an inherent risk of the procedure.
If you are suffering unexpected injuries or continued suffering
after surgery, call me. You may be a victim of a medical mistake,
a surgical error. I, and my professional staff, will review your
medical records, consult with expert witnesses, and tell you why
you are suffering. Victims of Medical Malpractice have a right to
full and fair compensation.
