Integrity. Communication. Advocacy. These are the values that are the foundation of me becoming an attorney and what you can expect from all of our interactions. Integrity drives me because you deserve reliability and honesty. Communication is fundamental because being informed about your next steps can greatly reduce unnecessary stress and make challenges more manageable. You can expect me to do my best to quickly answer your questions and keep you informed throughout your case. Advocacy is my purpose, and properly presenting your argument is just as important as its substance.
The legal system can be a daunting process. Family law can be even more complicated because of its personal nature. In order to get you the best possible legal outcome I need to understand your goals. Because every person is different, I highly value one-on-one meetings because it is the best way to get to know you and your expectations.
I have a background in litigation and have taken every opportunity to get into the courtroom. I know our local courts and how to counsel you about a difficult court proceeding and get you through to the other side.
I am very proud of my Olympia roots. I graduated from Olympia High School. I attended Central Washington University where I got my Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Justice. I received my Juris Doctor from Washington and Lee University School of Law in Virginia. I am happy to be back home in Thurston County and have the opportunity to serve the community that has given so much to me.
When I am not in the office, you can find me cooking, seeing the latest movie, attending a Mariners game, or kayaking the Puget Sound.
