As a family paralegal at Morris – Sockle, I use my 11+ years of experience to focus on the needs of our family law clients. My goal is always to be the best that I can be.
What does it take to be a great family law paralegal? Care, empathy, and endurance! Our team works to help people facing one of the hardest times of their lives.
As a trained Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Advocate, my special interests in family law are in the related cases of domestic violence, including anger management, and chemical dependency. Not only do I work with the survivors of domestic violence, but also with those who are trying to overcome their previous poor choices. I also really enjoy working with anyone who is willing to go to any length to be the best parent possible.
Over the course of my career working in family law, I have acquired a working knowledge of Thurston, Pierce, Lewis, Mason, Grays Harbor, Cowlitz and Pacific County courts. Additionally, I volunteer in our several local advocacy programs, including Safeplace, Thurston County Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Task Force; and the Thurston County Volunteer Legal Clinic.
During my free time, you can either find me in the mountains or enjoying the Puget Sound.
